I am sorry to hear that you want to return your item to us,

Please follow our return policy as stated below

Please included a note in the package explaining what we are doing as we will not just remember we are very busy and we do not want to have any other problems with your order ,also please included your name address and phone number or email address so we have a way to contact you in case a problem arises

Also please include your original order number

If returning a item, please note all items for return must be in new condition and still sealed if bought new, if defective we will exchange for identical item , there is a 20 % restocking fee for all new returns bought in error, and all original and return shipping fees are non refundable


If you opened a brand new item,only to find out it is for the wrong game system I am sorry but we cannot accept open items for return for refund or exchange for different item,
